The Includer Foundation Programme teaches simple and reliable communication habits that help staff avoid unnecessary assumptions in everyday interactions. It focuses on clear, neutral language that works in any situation, whether you are speaking to customers, colleagues or visitors. The programme is designed to reduce confusion, make conversations more predictable and help people feel comfortable in your space. Across four short modules, learners discover how the brain makes quick guesses, how to avoid language that relies on assumptions and how to create calmer interactions even during busy moments. The programme uses natural examples, practical tips and short activities to show how small changes in phrasing can make a big difference to the experience of the people you serve. By the end of the programme, learners will be able to greet people clearly without guessing details about them, redirect enquiries without pressure, support balanced conversations and use neutral alternatives to titles such as Sir or Madam. These habits help create a respectful and consistent customer experience while reducing the risk of accidental miscommunication. The programme ends with a short final assessment. Learners who pass receive a certificate that confirms they can use clear, accurate and assumption free communication in a professional environment.
